Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and QXM Studio (“we”) regarding Unrush (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Scope of service
The App provides bedtime white noise and related relaxation tools for personal, non-commercial use. This release focuses on white-noise soundscapes, playback controls, and on-device history. Features may change with updates.
2. License & accounts
- The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- This release does not require an account for core features.
- You may not reverse engineer, crack, resell, or use the App in violation of applicable law.
3. Content & intellectual property
Software, UI, copy, audio, and other materials in the App (“Content”) are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content on your personal devices as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, adapt, or commercially exploit Content without permission.
Some audio is generated or processed with AI assistance and curated for relaxation. This does not change ownership or the scope of the license.
4. Disclaimer (important)
Unrush is not a medical product and does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional. Audio and features are for general relaxation and wellness support only—not a medical device or medical service.
- If you have sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, or other health concerns, consult a professional.
- Stop using the App and seek professional help if you feel unwell.
- We do not guarantee that you will fall asleep or achieve any specific health outcome.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits may not fully apply to you.
6. Changes & termination
We may update, suspend, or modify features. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may terminate your right to use the App if you breach these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
