- Restart the app Fully quit Unrush, reopen it, and try playback again.
- Check mute & volume Make sure the Ring/Silent switch isn’t on Mute, and raise both system media volume and the in-app volume.

Why is there no sound?
Check the mute switch, media volume, Bluetooth headphones, and the in-app volume slider.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Audio ships with the app, so local playback doesn’t need a network.
Language & settings
How do I change language?
Open Settings and choose the interface language.
Is there a subscription?
This release has no in-app subscription. If that changes, we’ll update the app and this page.
Apple Health
Is Health data uploaded?
No. With your permission, Unrush reads sleep duration only to enrich local records. Health data is never uploaded.
Can I disconnect?
Yes—manage access in the Health app or Unrush Settings.
Privacy & data
Do you collect health data?
Only sleep duration after you explicitly grant access, and only for on-device use. See the Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account?
No. History stays on device. No ad tracking.
What is Unrush?
A bedtime white-noise tool that helps you settle before sleep or after night waking—without forcing yourself to fall asleep on command.
