Welcome to Unrush (the “App”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how information related to the App is handled. By using the App, you understand the practices described here.
1. What we collect
1.1 On-device listening history
The App stores listening history on your device (for example soundscape or session identifiers, duration, and timestamps) to show local records and summaries. This data is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
1.2 Apple Health (optional)
If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App—with your permission— reads sleep duration only to enrich local records. Health data is not uploaded and is not used for advertising.
1.3 What we do not collect
- No account is required; we don’t ask for name, phone, or email for core use
- No advertising tracking
- Listening or health data is not used for ads
- No cloud account sync in this release
2. How data is stored
History and related preferences are stored locally on your device (for example via on-device persistence provided by the system). Uninstalling the App may remove local data, subject to iOS behavior.
3. Third parties
- Apple HealthKit: used only with your explicit permission; we read sleep duration solely to enrich local records.
- Apple App Store: downloads and related transactions are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.
This release does not integrate third-party ad SDKs or analytics SDKs for ad targeting.
4. AI-generated audio
Some audio content is generated or processed with AI assistance and curated for relaxation. This does not change our commitments above regarding accounts and on-device storage.
5. Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will address it promptly.
6. Your choices
- Revoke HealthKit access anytime in the system Health app
- Delete on-device data by uninstalling the App (subject to iOS)
- Email us with privacy questions
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, through in-app or other notice. Please review this page periodically.
